Anger is a common emotion, but sometimes anger leads individuals to act out in a rage hurting other individuals. For anyone suffering from rash anger there are anger management courses. A court may even state that a person must take anger management classes because of their outbursts. One out of five Americans has anger issues. While anger is a common human emotion, when it is not managed it becomes an issue. This is why anger management is imperative. Individuals who can fly into rages, physically harm someone or even damage their personal relationships need anger management. Issues like road rage, workplace violence, addiction, and domestic abuse are usually considered anger management problems. Sometimes these lead to divorce, homicide, or a fight that personally injures another.
