Copyright
In the last nine years we have seen more and more cases in court regarding copyright laws. Websites like YouTube and Napster have come under fire regarding copyright laws due to the content they have published. Napster was the first to be in court over copyright laws because they were allowing individuals to listen to music, and these people could also download the music without paying for it. YouTube experienced a similar copyright issue with videos. Users were posting full length television shows and movies for other users.

Copyright paperwork clearly states who the owner of a product or idea is. For others to use the work without permission means they are breaking the copyright laws and may need a copyright lawyer to defend them.
