Corporate law
Corporate law will deal with corporations and entities of the corporations. For example corporate law studies shareholders, directors, employees, creditors and other stakeholders. It will study how they interact with the environment as well as the community. Corporate law can also be part of a broader company law. In corporate law a firm is designed to help either the corporation or the consumer, depending on who hires them.

Corporate law exists to protect both sides within the legal parameters. In corporate law the courts will determine if any aspect of the corporation is at fault when a lawsuit is opened up. Often the shareholders are safe from such suits because they just own shares, but those who work at the company could be affected by a law suit.
