The education system has needed to be revamped for several years. Schools are now a target for reformation. The schools that have fallen behind in education are being used as examples of how to change the system. Any of the schools that have low testing numbers have had to undergo a thorough examination. The teachers are being audited, the curriculum rewritten, and the hours students are in schools examined.

Sometimes the schools have low attendance due to the students skipping school to work or play. It has been found that many of the students are not at the level they need to be, either because the teachers are ineffectual because the student is not diagnosed with a learning disability or being taught at a high enough level.
